A Quantum Anomaly, Both God and Mortal Simultaneously

Xue is the first being in the history of the Quantum Pantheon that cannot be collapsed by observation. She is both god and mortal, her body flickering between the two states. The Observatory seeks to capture her to study how to break quantum rules, while the remnants of the Pantheon's gods wish to use her to prove that collapse can be reversed. She, however, only wants to understand why she is different.
